Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions Before Booking

Quick answers for companies planning workplace audiometry screening.

Booking & Site Setup

Do we need to prepare a special room?

No. The team brings a mobile sound booth and the required setup, so your company does not need to prepare a dedicated testing room.

Can you come during night shift or weekend?

Yes. Screening can be arranged around night shifts, Sundays, public holidays, and multi-shift operations according to your schedule.

What is the minimum number of workers required?

The usual minimum is 10 workers, subject to location. Smaller groups can still be discussed for special arrangements.

What equipment do you use?

The mobile setup includes an industrial sound-proof booth, calibrated audiometer, OSHA-compliant testing software, and documentation for audit purposes.

Does the testing interrupt factory operations?

No. Testing is organized to reduce disruption, with workers entering the booth one by one based on the agreed shift schedule.

Can you test more than 100 workers in one day?

Yes. With proper scheduling, full-capacity screening can cover around 50-200 workers per day depending on shifts and timing.

How do we book the mobile audiometry service?

Contact us by WhatsApp or call, share your location and number of workers, confirm the date, and our team will come with the mobile setup.

Reports & Compliance

How soon will we get the audiometry report?

Reports are usually ready within 2-5 working days, depending on the group size, and are prepared for HR and DOSH documentation needs.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes. Audiometry technicians are trained according to occupational health guidelines, and equipment is calibrated and maintained for DOSH/OSHA requirements.

Do you provide consultation for abnormal results?

Yes. Consultation can cover abnormal or early hearing loss, NIHL risk, next management steps, and improvements to the hearing conservation program.

How do we prepare workers before audiometry?

Workers should avoid loud noise for 14 hours before testing, avoid earphones or headphones, be well rested, and attend according to the schedule.

Do you provide corporate pricing or bulk discount?

Yes. Corporate rates can be arranged for larger groups, multi-site operations, annual contracts, or retainer arrangements.

Do you cover all states in Malaysia?

Coverage is available across Malaysia except Sarawak. Sabah can be arranged under a special arrangement.

What documents will we receive after testing?

Your HR or OSH team can receive individual audiogram reports, a summary report, DOSH-compliant documentation, and recommendations for NIHL prevention.
